Thanks for releasing my frustration. I actually have the Alltel service, rather than Verizon, but figured the procedure would also apply to my Alltel-supplied UM And this is the same problem that vexed me when I started using Vista – RTM – and Verizon failed to upgrade their drivers for about a year.
I’ve downloaded and installed the latest version of the VZ Access manager v 7.
